Derwent Inktense Watercolor (Part 1)

 Below, you will find reference drawings for my Derwent Inktense Watercolor (Part 1) video.

The first image is a simple line drawing which may be used to trace your piece.  The second image includes a 1in. grid, should you prefer to transfer your image as a grid drawing. 

 The paper I used:

        7in. x 10in.—hot pressed—140#—100% cotton

I blocked off a 6in. x 9in. image area on the paper.

My reference for this piece was a “free to use image” by Annie Spratt on the Unsplash website.

 Please feel free to trace or reproduce these as needed to create your version of the experiment.
